Terms of Business
We're always clear and upfront. That applies to our contractual relationships with our Clients as well.We have two different contract types. The first is a per-project agreement where a new contract is signed for every new project. This is best suited for one-off requirements or clients who require infrequent projects. Here is our model Terms of Business for that kind of arrangement.
Secondly, and mostly for agencies or brands and businesses needing ongoing or frequent services, we operate a framework agreement where services are called off against an over-arching contract and an SLA (service level agreement). This means that we don't need a full contract every time an order is placed. We specialise in elevating smaller brands and businesses through impactful online video, YouTube channels, podcasts, livestreams and shopable social commerce video for social media and e-commerce channels. We also do a mean line in on-demand training, product video and service explainers. BOOM.Ahoy and welcome to Bentley Studios. I'm your host and Creative Director (whatever that actually means), Ian Bentley Ridgeway. I spend my working days as a Video Strategist and Content Creator, Senior Livestream and Podcast Producer and Content Marketing Lead. I'm also a small business owner, so I feel your pain.I'm not your typical "creative". Before answering the call of the artisan coffee and polo-shirt-as-business-attire, I spent 20 years as a senior business leader, commercial director and recruiter/trainer in the "real world". If digital content isn't delivering a measurable ROI aligned with business objectives, then it's failed. These are lessons I learned the hard way so my clients don't have to.As well as being an Adobe Certified Video Professional, I'm a qualified trainer and a Fellow of the Chartered Management Institute, just in case that makes it easier to understand why we're so good at what we do.
